In the Arkansas River Valley at Russellville, the Grace Manufacturing facility has been at its current location since the late 1970s. In 2001, we opened a 7,000 square foot addition to the facilities dedicated to photochemical “etching” which included a few new pieces lf equipment as well.

The Manufacturing equipment and machinery within the Grace Manufacturing facilities is focused toward timely production and competitive cost demands of today’s global markets. The expansion of our etch facility has allowed the addition of new etch Equipment to go along with several existing etching and stripping machines. Some of these are standard machines and others are custom built to our own design specifications.

It’s this kind of etching expertise that allows us to be a valued asset to our customers. All of the laser cutting workload can be handled by 2 state-of-the-art Amana laser systems. Several Mitsubishi and Brother Wire EDM machines round out our primary methods of production. Other pieces of equipment available for production use include laser welding systems, a laser marking system, stamping/ forming machines and several surfacing and finishing units.

As has been our history, Grace Manufacturing continually seeks out the next generation of equipment that will keep us foremost in the minds of our customers. “Precision parts through innovative manufacturing” may sound like a slogan, but our customers have found it to be our focus.
