Grace Manufacturing constantly strives to maintain the level of precision and quality we’ve already achieved and to adapt to the industries we serve. Skilled personnel combined with outstanding facilities, equipment and experience permit us to hold close tolerances on even the most intricate parts.

A fully integrated Quality Assurance program carefully monitors all aspects of manufacturing. From design, raw material selection and production to final inspection, each product undergoes a series of intensive inspection during processing and prior to shipping. This program complies with military specifications and is registered to the ISO-9001 Quality System Standard. But more importantly, it assures parts that meet or exceed our customer’s expectations. Grace Manufacturing is also FDA Registered as a medical device manufacturer.

Grace’s electronic and optical measuring and testing equipment is augmented by statistical control methods including acceptance and sampling plans, distribution analysis and statistical process control. Computer-aided documentation enables us to maintain consistent quality records using programs such as; Profit Key, Lotus Notes, Networking, Auto CAD and Solid Works. Profit Key: Quoting, Sales, Engineering, Production and Accounting a streamlined process. Lotus Notes: Plant wide networking for internal and external communications, record keeping and file transports Auto CAD and Solid Works: state-of-the-art engineering technology allows Grace to provide 3-D renderings of parts and quickly determine production feasibility as well as produce samples and prototypes on a “turn on a dime” fashion. This assures our customer that once production begins, they will receive the precision parts they demand. The entire Grace program has the flexibility to adapt to the quality level that our customers require.
